My work is about my surroundings. As the viewer, I want you to be immersed in the experiences these images capture and allow you to feel that moment as I did. I’ve never found words to be an effective way of expressing feelings. For me, creating images has always been an outlet that counterbalances my tendency to be analytical and data driven in my everyday life.
In the late 90’s I studied Photographic Illustration and Visual Media at Rochester Institute of Technology. Digital capture and output were rapidly evolving and becoming an equal to traditional means for professionals. It was an exciting time to study photography processes.
My goal is for this site to be a collection of images and stories. Part portfolio, and part light table. Not all perfect, but all for a reason. I hope you enjoy.
